The Holidays are just around the corner and with it my “End of Year Report” –

Great year for Carderock: We finally have several homes sold between $995,000 – $1,375,000 and Yes – our homes finally appraise –

  • Spring Market started in early February – Demand for expanded, remodeled homes high –
  • Jan – April: Inventory low – Buyers ready to jump – Location and curb appeal a MUST –
  • May – June: Appraisals coming in – Shortage in Inventory continues –
  • July – Aug: Summer slow down – Buyers waiting for more homes to come up in Fall –
  • – Nov: Endless Open Houses – No Inventory/Choice – Buyers very demanding – Several buyers waiting for certain models to come up –

Spring Forecast: Several very demanding – well qualified buyers waiting in line – Carderock in high demand – Spring Market will be strong – Neither Snow nor Ice can hold us back –
